Claims must be submitted in writing with the shipment reference, description of the issue, photographs where relevant, proof of value, packaging evidence, and supporting transport documents. Keep the cargo and packaging available for inspection. Notification does not mean a claim is accepted. Liability, exclusions, time limits, recoverable amounts, and settlement remain subject to the applicable service agreement, carrier terms, declared value, available insurance, evidence, and governing law. Consequential, indirect, or undocumented losses may be excluded where legally permitted.

No. Acceptance depends on legality, safety, documentation, packaging, value, route, carrier restrictions, sanctions screening, and operational capability. Prohibited or undeclared items will not be accepted.
What happens if a shipment is delayed or placed on hold?+
The operations team records the latest status and may add a customer remark explaining the issue or required clarification. Customs, weather, security checks, carrier disruption, incomplete documents, and recipient availability can affect timing.
How do I submit a claim?+
Use the Claims section or direct inquiry form and provide the shipment reference, written description, photos, proof of value, packaging evidence, and relevant documents. Claim review remains subject to applicable terms and evidence.
Are online estimates and tracking updates guaranteed?+
No. Estimates and recorded locations are operational information based on the latest available event. They are not continuous GPS tracking or a guarantee of delivery time, customs clearance, or outcome.
